True, but FDR cannot (yet?) tap into the BACKUP SYSTEM function of DB2, which uses HSM FRBACKUP (which in turn uses FlashCopy). Also, I cannot justify the cost of FDR, compared to the dirt cheap HSM price I get w/zNALC. I'm a huge fan of FDR, but I'm stuck w/HSM here.
