For this and the other thread (z/os 1.11 and low private): Set a slip trap on the 878 (overriding the default that probably everybody has to suppress them) and look at the resulting sdump. verbx vsamdata 'nog summ', then determine the subpool and key. With that information, much better guesses can be made what the problem might be. The rest is pure speculation due to missing information.
