Sorry, but I gotta say, "It depends". We generally use both peak and average, since they each are good measurements of where you are. Our online peaks are tied to our customers' business, batch is constrained by when staff is available to support it. One thing I would recommend taking into account is the usual amount of time it takes to acquire "more". That will differ from shop to shop and should include the average time it takes to justo, get aproval, acquire, and implement.
