After typing tso omvs, i get the below error message : FSUM2055I The OMVS command cannot use the message catalog.+ FSUM2056I Function = catopen(), catalog name = '/usr/lib/nls/msg/C/ fsumucat.cat , return value = -1, errno = 129 (X'00000081'), reason code = 0594003D, descrip tion = 'EDC5129I No such file or directory.' ***
After looking at /usr/ path, i see the lib file is missing. Could anyone let me know if missing of Lib file is the main cause of this ftp issue. If the /usr/lib is missing, can i go ahead with restoration from the back up tape. Will this action would solve this issue ? if so could anyone please throw some light on this issue.
