There is also IBM's NPF, which has always been free. On the other hand, maybe you shouldn't jsut print everything anyway. We have a product (SyzSpool) that allows you to offload your print to sequential datasets when they are still under RACF (or ACF/2) control, and are archive manageable. The listing can them be Emailed or FTP'ed to whereever you wish.
There are lots of other alternatives, and most of them (like our products) are quite a bit cheaper than VPS.
