It seems that sources other than IBM tend to say 16x40, but all
references I have located from IBM (and a few that are not) say 12x40,
480 byte buffer, as stated by Shmuel Metz. I'm not sure what is up with
that, and apologize for incorrectly stating 16x40 in the first place.
