I think you might actually be correct. I worked for an Oil company that had an Amdahl 57?? and they bought an Australian written package (MIMS) that was developed on UNIX, this was then later ported to the 'AIX' on the 5700, I don't think that AIX on the mainframe is still available though... Is it?
