Then you got a lot further than I did. From my first try, I either got the 
authorization error or 'an error occured', and it has NEVER worked since the 
"upgrade". No reading, much less updating an ETR!

This morning there is a new twist:
Note: The Revise, Complete, and Assign functions have been temporarily 
disabled. Please see IBMLink News for more information. 

Not that IBMLink news has any explanation for that! They also fail to mention 
that it is completely impossible to even *read* anything.

Does anyone have an idea if IBM even *plans* to get us access anytime soon?
(In other words: Did anyone get an ETA - I certainly didn't.)
