To be a bit more exact, FILE() is a __required__ parameter on both the
STARTBR and the ENDBR. Well, maybe the EIB field can be filled in
separate from the EXEC CICS statement itself. I don't know if the
translator allows that or not. REQID is optional and defaults to 0 if
not specified.
