Correct. The JOBCLASS used by a STARTED TASK is in the JOBCLASS(STC). If you 
want a STARTED TASK to have a different msgclass, then you need to convert it 
to a STARTED JOB and put the MSGCLASS= on the JOB card. Or if you need specific 
job accounting fields set up for the STC (say for billing purposes), put them 
on the JOB card as well.
