expect Big Blue to change something so it will no longer work!

Isn't there something in the licensing that preclude reverse
engineering?

I'm surprised it's taken this long. But I'm also surprised some-one like
Neon did it; their legal eagles must have had a fun time combing through
all the IBM covenants. It's not like IBM is totally averse to resorting
to the courts.
