True. And, at one time, I found the zAAP enabling shared object (DLL?), which 
IIRC is libj9ifa23.so , which is APF authorized. If it is not, then you get a 
message to the effect that zAAP process is not available. That module is only 
65536 bytes and could likely be reverse engineered.
