The prices vary from 50€ to 300€ depending. If you really need it, shop around a bit, just like any antique book you may look for.
Granted, it would be wonderful if he kept it up to date, like when he talked about PC routines. The thing that I liked best is how it presented the material. I actually enjoy reading his book. Really. For example, I couldn't sell mine because I fell asleep reading it and spilled red wine all over one of the pages. Also, I only spent about 50€ on it from a used book site.
