My other favorite. We had someone call about an installation problem. The solution was rather involved so our support tech said "it is covered in detail in the Installation Manual" whereupon the customer guy said "oh, I don't have the manuals. Bob has the manuals. He's in charge of documentation. I'm just in charge of installation."
