What do you mean with "do not correspond to JES"? Have you tried some name that 
would most certinly be invalid, such as ABC.DEF or ABC??DEF. You don't need to 
define destinations to JES, so I assume JES will accept any name unless is 
conflicts with it's naming rules.




I only had a quick look at what SSI 11 offers. I don't see a validation option, 
only the conversion options, which you don't seem to ask for. You've set 
SSUSFLG1 to X'00'.
