Not me, but then I could have missed that. ;-) What do you see if you issue D OMVS,W (for what is it waiting?) Do also D OMVS,A=ALL and D OMVS,F and perhaps D OMVS,O? Oh, check D OMVS,SO too. While the OMVS is getting down, just do a D A,L? Perhaps something (cleanup work or backup of something?) popped up during that shutdown of OMVS.
