I should have mentioned that SMP/E Internet Software Retrieval (for SMP/E installed products) and Fix Central (for non SMP/E installed products) are also included with your MLC and S&S at no additional charge. They are paths to obtain electronic delivery of PTFs and service updates from IBM.
