This is one of the 32-bit changes, the same
as needs to be done if using AM64.

There is a set of changes that need to be
done when going from AM24 to AM31.

There is a set of changes that need to be
done when going from AM31 to AM32.

There is a set of changes that need to be
done when going from AM32 to AM64.
