Yes, but if something needs to be DONE to enable the guests, yet we did nothing but move them under z/VM 5, how did they become enabled?

VM 2.3 didn't support signals. I think it came in 4.2 or 4.3.

We recently moved all our VSE guests from under a VM 2.3 system to z/VM
5.1 and we did NOTHING to enable it in any VSE - yet ALL VSE machines show up as SIGNAL enabled! Explanation please?
