According to "help HCPLNM1151E" your LNX000 DASD volume is not a 3390-9. I would guess that it is a 3390-3.

HCPLNM1151E LINUX02 0102 has not been linked because it is not within CP volume extents. HCPLNM1151E LINUX02 0103 has not been linked because it is not within CP volume extents. HCPLNM1151E LINUX02 0104 has not been linked because it is not within CP volume extents. Searching on this msg does not provide any clues how to specify that this is a 3390 Model 9 dasd.
