VSE, MVS, TPF, any VM prior to z/VM V4 (including CMS itself). Other than that, no. All of the products that have IPLA (OTC) licenses will run. Any ICA (MLC) product for which you get a special bid will run. Technically, no claim is made about any product that is not otherwise licensed to run on IFLs, but as a practical matter I don't know of any CMS application that won't run on an IFL.
