The filepool depends on what you mount.
That can be defined in the CP directory, such as:
  USER KRIS
  ...
   PosixInfo UID 0 GNAME staff IWDIR /home/kris/ FSROOT '/../V',
     'MBFS:SFS72:ROOT/'

Or with an OPENVM MOUNT command executed by SYSPROF or PROFILE EXEC.
