Oh, yes..... my horses would like to be heathens but I ruin their fun buy picking up the Parelli "attention device" and whirling it around....then the little angels straighten out their halos and stand back respectfully while I place the food around. I do NOT aim the stick or string at them; it just whirls around me and if they are in the way, then they will run into it. I rarely need to pull it out any more. However, it would be easier to throw their feed over the fence....
