If it's the same Hydro that Torsion uses which is likely since both are made in the same area of Italy, It will be very nice. We had a Hydro Torsion for a while & the fabric was beautiful ,easy to care for & wore much better than nubuck. Unless they changed the rings from when my friend tried them, there were metal attachments where the the cinch ring attached to the pad flap could be felt even through her full Mattes pad & Skito All-in one even with the Cashel cinch protectors, but this was a while back.
