I also wish some Microsoft people would show up here, but until they do, I am trying to understand the benefit of designing something that we know one of the world's largest mail operators is unlikely to implement. It seems unlikely that other mail operators of whatever size would say well, that's what the spec says so anyone who wants to send mail to Outlook is out of luck.
