I'd agree if the new draft obsoleted 6376, but that's not going to happen
since we foresee parallel deployment of DKIM and DKIM2. Having nearly
identical definitions of tag-value lists in different documents produces
ambiguity and is not modular.
We'll just have to disagree about that purported ambiguity.
