Gentlemen...

There has *not* been a report of any misconfiguration on paypal.com.  The 
report, which I've taken off-list and am actively chasing down, actually *may* 
indicate that gmail is not consistently blocking broken DKIM signatures from 
paypal.com (which our ADSP asks and they have voluntarily chosen to 
honor/implement), but that has not been substantiated yet and I actually don't 
expect it will be once all the facts are in.  But again, that's an off-list 
issue.

There *is* an on-list issue that John raised and I will respond to his message 
next.
