there was a doc with which i had a small, but non trivial, issue. the author and the wg did not think it worthwhile. i did not want to argue endlessly, so i waited and raised it to the iesg at last call, and they understood it instantly. the author made the small change to the doc. i said thank you. i am sure we can make a constitutional crisis over this if we have too much time on our hands. randy
