I would like to thank everyone who tried to help me. I was trying to run
application like netscape of a linux box from a windows PC. I understood
that I need to run X Server on my windows box. But I found no X Server that
is open source. So I turned towards VNC. I have installed winVNC in my
windows machine and at this moment the viewer and the server both are
running !!! (shows my level of confusion !!). Now what do I do ? I also
tried to install the VNC on the linux box. the vncserver command executed
properly. After that when I tried to use my windows box to access the linux
machine by using the vns viewer it only displays a character terminal. I
cannot get the X terminal.
Please help me.
