The easy way is Debian. U can put all the Debian installation files in
FTP site and then boot ur install pc with a deb boot floppy and then
point the apt towards ur anonymous FTP site. If u are connected to
internet using FAT pipe, then directly point to a debian mirror.

ps. I have latest fsn.hu debian woody (8cd) with me. If ilag-cal want
it, then I can make a copy of it and can bring it in next month.
