Thank you, Jesse. The point is just saying install texlive does not get you everything. I need to install omega and xelatex. In debian, that would be apt-get install texlive-omega texlive-xetex. These packages can be searched for and found in synaptic too. I searched in the pacman gui, but it said, "package not found." I have installed all texlive packages that I could find that I need.
