I tried both, and also pacman -Ss texlive-omega and pacman -Ss texlive-xetex. Both returned blank. I don't think they are in the repositories, unless there are other repositories that can be added. Of courese, one advantage of debian (and redhat too) having been in existence for such a long time is that both have such a huge set of packages.
