No it is an old problem, from the time I am using IRCTC (perhaps two years but I am not exactly sure). It is difficult to say whether the problem is with IRCTC or with the SBI website. But I able to operate both the sites independently. Only when I go from IRCTC to the SBI site, I cannot come back to collect my ticket. It happens everytime and can be demonstrated. It is not machine dependent (I have tried it on different linux machines running debian and ubuntu).
