I would advise everyone to not buy any Acer notebook. Their build quality sucks. And believe me, you might think that build quality does not matter, but for notebooks it does -- you'll realize it later. The mousepad of my Acer laptop[1] started misbehaving within 2 months of purchase. Today, after 3 years of sparse usage (mostly lying around at home) I find out that the keyboard has started misbehaving too.
Don't even get me started on the battery. Even when it was brand new, I never got more than 1h 15m of battery backup. Moral: DON'T buy Acer.
