I have an Asus Eeepc 701. Upgraded RAM to 1GB, added a 4 GB SDHC card. Took out
Xandros, installed Ubuntu via USB Stick.
Tested Gnome, KDE, Ubuntu Netbook Remix UIs.

Everything works, including Wi-Fi with WEP, WPA, WPA2; Skype video etc etc.

Am going to get me a 901; Intel Atom Processor, 802.11n, Bluetooth, 9" screen.
Available for around 22.5K at Tradelink in Nehru Place.

With Warm Regards,
Shivkumar
