I guess when you can get a four-port hub for $20, it doesn't seem
*that* much cheaper, especially if you know anyone with a cable-building
squeezer gizmo (as you can tell, I'm not a hardware guy).  As noted
by other posters, many ISPs will respond to only one MAC.  In that
case, you need some kind of router gizmo to run on one of the
boxes that will do NAT for the other box(es).  However, that would
work okay for your solution, too.
