iCal is awesome. it's interaction with Mail, though, is minimal; you 
can invite someone to an event by sending them an email. beyond that, 
iCal is great for consumer use.

AtaT did bring up the fact that Apple is using something other than 
iCal internally. But an Apple employee tells me that Apple's been using 
that other app for many years already.... AtaT also notes that iCal 
isn't targeted at corporate users at all. It doesn't have anything 
remotely like group-ware.
