Yeah, mine's a bit noisy, but better than my old system, a Radius 81/110 
(8100 clone) with a big external HD case (with its own fan and one of 
those full-size SCSI 9GB clunkers). It doesn't really bother me, though. 
I deal with my computers' noises the same way I deal wih my car's noises: 
I turn up the stereo.
