Dale, was this over broadband or dialup? Was this during the actual concert? It's almost certainly related to problems with the server or throughput rather than with your setup. (This is particularly likely if it was during his concert) IOW, not much you can do about it, with the possible exception of upgrading to broadband if you haven't already. But even then, if the server's overloaded and not sending data down your particular stream, ain't a darn thing you can do about it.
