I've been pleasantly surprised by the performance of RealOne Player 
under OS X, so I can't help but think that either too many people were 
trying to listen to the same thing as you at the same time, or you need 
to go into the preferences and adjust your connection speed info. Your 
"maximum bandwidth" should be the TOP speed your connection is 
*reliably* capable of (for dialup, that would probably be 56k speed, 
and the min would be set for 33k).
