Hi,

Just wondering how .dat files are created ? Just got a photo sent to me
today but it is in the form of a .dat file and I am unable to open it at
all.

As Mac user we are not so familier with extentions.
.DAT normely is a extention of a "data base " program product.
If you do not know the origin of that file I believe that it is beter to trash the thing (i think a virus, but normaly for the WIN world)

Any suggestions ?
