I have noticed that in Library/Receipts on my hard drive there are 48 items, most of which are Installer Packages. An example is "MacOSXUpdateCombo10.2.8.pkg". Is there anyway I could use these?
AFAIK, nope. Those are merely "receipts", not good for much except as a record that SU has done its job. FWIW, I just compared the size of the "MacOSXUpdateCombo10.2.8.pkg" in my Receipts folder (2.7 MB) with the size of my (downloaded and saved) Combo installer package (101.1 MB).
