The dish was up and the line was run into the house when the installer asked where the PC was. Told him the primary computer was a Apple. That's when I was informed that since I was using a Mac I could only do downloads and would have to use the phone for uploads. It seems to be Java program issue from what I could find out. Don't know if they have solved that problem or if it was just a local issue and not national. I went with it because they advertised it would work with a Mac and when I ordered it they knew I was running a Mac network. Was able to get a full refund, but still what a hassle. Really like there business VPN setup but at around $600.00 a month couldn't justify it. Currently have ISDN which is way over priced and had a nightmare of a time getting the cisco router to work with the Mac. Currently on the waiting list to try internet over the power line. They stopped doing it in Japan because of all the radio interference.
