I will. But I don't think much will come of it because the BBB doesn't
have any enforcement powers.

Contacting the BBB won't do much, if anything. However, here are a few
other things you might want to do:
- first, and most importantly, keep a DETAILED journal of what happened
and who you talked to
- keep copies of anything that showed the deal you were supposed to get
- call the New Mexico State Attorney General's office and inquire about
filing a complaint about the company and what happened
- call the New Mexico Commerce Secretary and inquire about the same
thing
- call the same two offices in California (this is where MacMall is
based) and inquire about the same thing
