Jim, If and when it comes to sueing MacMall, be sure to include the names of the company President/CEO, VP, Financial Officer, and anyone else you can find with that company in the subpoena. Most companies don't like subpoenas anyway, and when you list a bunch of top officers, they figure it's probably best to satisfy your claim rather than spend the bucks by flying all named/subpoenaed individuals to NM for a court hearing, or even just having their lawyer defend all these honchos. If they are named in the subpoena, they MUST show up for the hearing or face warrants for failure to appear.
Still, check with NM AG Madrid's office first, with a CC to the CA AG's office. You never know; someone may decide to go for it. Keep me/us informed, please.
