Well, hello neighbor. I really don't think it will come to that. I
got a call from them this morning (suprise suprise) and they said
that 4 rebate checks were mailed out a month ago.
SURE they were.
I think I will be getting the checks in a few days.

Most companies don't like subpoenas anyway, and when you
list a bunch of top officers, they figure it's probably best to
satisfy your claim rather than spend the bucks by flying all
named/subpoenaed individuals to NM for a court hearing, or
even just having their lawyer defend all these honchos. If they
are named in the subpoena, they MUST show up for the hearing
or face warrants for failure to appear.
Still, check with NM AG Madrid's office first, with a CC to the CA
AG's office. You never know; someone may decide to go for it.
