I had a similar experience with Kyocera. I bought a phone & sent in
the rebate info & they said that I didn't send in the UPC codes which
I did. I had a check list that I followed as I put everything in the
envelope. I actually bought the phone through Quest. I called Quest
and told them about it and that I wouldn't buy anything from then
since they represented Kyocera. At once Quest gave me a $100.00
credit because Kyocera was in the wrong.
