I recently was denied a rebate by Symantec for a $40 rebate on the purchase
of Norton SystemWorks.
They said that I had not submitted the proper proof of purchase - which was
incorrect.
I wrote the President of Symantec (got his name and address from SEC
filings) and promptly got my rebate.
Hope this route works for others.
