Are you sure you are logging on with the correct user name and password for the account that says you don't have access? Have you checked the user accounts login options to make sure it's not automatically logging you on incorrectly? Perhaps you could try changing some of those preferences and see if it will let you. When you do Get Info on the user folder, who does it show as the owner? I assume you repaired permissions, I can't imagine what else it would be other than incorrect log on, typo? wrong case?
If it ever gets fixed, please tell us what did it.
