The worst tech support I ever got was for Sprint which appeared to be
in India. Apparently they stuck some guy with minimal knowledge of the
product and English in a closet with a manual and hope that their
telephone menu system prevents contact except on rare occasions.
I also work in reservations for a US airline which has not moved their
customer service to India. I constantly get informed by callers of the
nightmare that they went through with Delta airlines who has transfered
much to theirs to India. Communication and knowledge are apparently a
joke.
